A:

  • Create PR events that gain positive attention on blogging websites. They are always looking for content.

  • Encourage the use of devices like smart phones. These can be used to quickly take videos and photos, and upload them directly to social media.

  • The only social media strategy that matters is getting customers off social media and into your database. This allows you to take control of your customer communications.

  • Join joint venture partnerships and create a hub of positive relationships. If you can create a partnership with complementary businesses to enhance the customer experience, you will draw in more positive attention.

  • Google+ is the most important online review platform for search results. Get customers to write great reviews for you on Google+ and Google My Business. The most important recommendations you can get are from Siri or Google and Google+ is the best way to get those recommendations.
